1. Architectural Guarantee & Zero-Stream Logging

ScreenFusion operates on a decentralized, peer-to-peer (P2P) WebRTC architecture. When you link PC 1 (Gaming Display) and PC 2 (Radar / Overlay), the video and audio frames are transmitted directly between your two devices via encrypted UDP/DTLS channels.

        🔒 Zero Content Storage: Our signaling servers only facilitate the initial network handshake (SDP offer/answer and ICE candidate exchange). No video streams, captured screens, or overlay data are ever intercepted, recorded, or stored on our servers.
      

2. Information We Collect

To provide account authentication, plan tier provisioning, and service security, we collect minimal data:

Account Credentials: Email address and cryptographically hashed passwords (SHA-256 + salt).
Subscription Data: Current subscription plan (Free, Starter, Premium) and license status.
Session Tokens: Ephemeral tokens stored securely in your browser's local storage to keep you logged in.

3. GDPR & Data Subject Rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you possess rights including the right of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), and data portability. You can request deletion of your account and associated credentials at any time via our official support channels.

4. Security & Encryption

All communication with our platform is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 / SSL certificates. Signaling packets are transient and discarded immediately after peer connection establishment.
