By registering, accessing, or using ScreenFusion (screenfusion.rip), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the service.
2. Description of Service
ScreenFusion provides a browser-based dual-PC screen fusion engine designed for real-time video compositing, canvas blending, and low-latency display mirroring over WebRTC technology.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You agree not to reverse engineer signaling endpoints, abuse server capacity with automated scripts, or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content through the platform.
4. Subscription Tiers, Billing & Cancellations
Subscriptions (Starter Pass at €10/mo, Premium Elite at €25/mo) grant access to extended usage allowances, higher framerates (up to 120/144 FPS), and watermark-free feeds. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with digital goods consumer protection standards.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
ScreenFusion is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, zero packet loss over public internet networks, or compatibility with every hardware capture configuration. Under no circumstance shall ScreenFusion be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
